iceni's customer service training films will be watched by every employee of the largest non metropolitan police force in the UK.
Working in partnership with the training team at TVP, the naturalistic dramas were developed to be shown in group sessions to prompt discussions about what constitutes good service.
The client said, 'The training has been a great success and everyone is really enjoying the films.'
