the brief:
Kleeneze plc needed an interactive format to deliver high quality video and information about their international conferences and incentive travel programme to their distributors, the majority of whom were likely to have PCs, but may not have DVD drives or DVD players.
creative strategy:
iceni produced an interactive cd-rom and produced video highlights of a recent conference. The team then designed and built an intuitive interface to give users up to date information about the new conference destination. The cd-rom features video captured by iceni crews in Sydney and South Africa, using Windows Media technology to deliver superb video and audio on the audience's desktop.
The cd-rom is split into two very distinct branded sections, with a main menu allowing the viewer to select either South Africa or Sydney. Each section incorporates the company branding for each of the incentives designed by the Kleeneze marketing team.
The South Africa section includes highlights from the 2004 International Conference in Sun City, showing distributors on safari, waterskiing and paragliding. It also includes video testimonials from distributors who attended the conference, talking about their amazing experiences.
The Sydney section includes the iceni-produced incentive launch video showing distributors the fantastic locations they could visit and a 'holiday' style overview of the city's attractions. This section also includes details of the qualification criteria, to help sales teams set their goals and plan their activities to ensure that they qualify for the trip of a lifetime.
