Kleeneze UK - 2007 International Conference
iceni were back at the beautiful One&Only Le Touessrok resort on the enchanting island of Mauritius.
the event:
100 delegates and 5 days at one of the most luxurious conference destinations in the world.
Behind the scenes, iceni's conference production team delivered a day of motivational speeches, provided film crew to capture the event and film the delegates throughout the rest of their trip, and set up a broadcast edit facility at the resort to create video 'postcards' of each day of the conference.
As soon as the last speech finished on conference day, the iceni team busied itself editing and uploading high quality MP3 podcasts of the event. The following morning the key speeches were added to Kleeneze's award winning network stars podcast website.
When the delegates went to bed, the post production team's day began, editing a daily postcard video and uploading it to a video streaming microsite. The next morning, the sales teams back at home in the UK and Europe could tune in to the website and see how the delegates in Mauritius were being pampered in the lap of luxury.
We're not ones to encourage this kind of gloating, but for Kleeneze's sales teams it proved a valuable motivational tool.
After a week of sun on this beautiful island, the production team reluctantly returned to our UK studio. The tapes were handed over and an extended highlights film was edited and delivered, along with video of the key speakers at the event.
The 2007 International Conference DVD was authored and delivered that week.
